Merry Christmas!!!!!

Sorry that we had to cancel the other night, but we all have tons of things going on. Between Church, school and other things, me and Mrs. Mel are swamped. We will miss you over break and we had so much fun with you all on the trip to see the Rockettes. That was fun!!! {and a little scary if you are like me and don't like heights} While we are having a little break...make your mamas get your vests or sashes all put together. If you are missing something, please drop me an email and we can place an order. You should all have several badges to sew on, and this would be a good time!!!!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Prayer!!

Please keep Crystal Roberts in your prayers. She is a member of our troop. {she is a junior} She was in a bicycle wreck yesterday and was sent to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital with a Head injury and severe facial injuries. Me and Mel will be taking food and money to her family to help them in this difficult time. As of last night, they were going to induce her into a coma-like state to keep her comfortable and to assist in checking out the severity of her injuries. Please keep her in your prayers, and if you would like to donate any money or food, please use the email link to let us know. Thanks and have a wonderful day!

Long Time - No See!!!

The summer is flying by quickly, and talk of school is just around the corner. Please don't think that we have forgotten about all you guys, we have some things in the works. We are trying to nail down a date when the majority will be able to get together and do a camping trip, and we definitely will have a cook out to celebrate another year of being together. We will be posting dates and making calls as soon as possible.

In the meantime, or Fall Products sales will start in just a short while. The dates for sales this year will be August 27-September 14.
Last year we just asked that each girl sell one item and most everyone did. We actually made quite a bit considering we didn't really put forth much effort. This year we are going to get started a little earlier and try our best to sell what we can. We understand that everyone starts selling items as soon as school starts, but every little bit helps us be able to do more without having to dig in our own pockets to fund trips, etc.

We are so excited about this upcoming year, and we hope that you are too!!!

Talk to you all soon..... Melody and Julie

CAMPING TRIP POSTPONED!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, Our camping trip is going to have to be posponed!! Melody is not feeling well, and the cold temps outside have our participation down to 4 girls. (2 being our own)

However, we hated to cancel completely, so as I mentioned before, we have decided to reschedule. We will be letting you know the dates as soon as possible.

As for tonight, we have decided to go and see Shrek the Third at the Three Star Cinema!! Everyone will need to have a parent if possible and will be responsible for their own tickets. We just hated to not get to see everyone tonight as planned. This should be a much warmer event, and give Melody a little time to be feeling better.

We will be meeting inside the theater at 6:45pm. We are hoping that there won't be too big of a crowd with graduation being tonight.

If you can't be there with your girl(s), please let me know and I will try to give a ride to 2 or 3. Shoot me an email if you think that you might come so we will know how many to expect.

Hope to see you there!
